Its childs-play ...

Have you ever played Hoppo-Bumpo? Its a children's game, where you hop about on one leg - arms folded - and try to knock everyone else off balance. Last kid standing, wins. Ouch!

Once my two boys - Argy and Bargy- work out how to hop, I'm sure there will be no stopping them from partaking in a spot of Hoppo Bumpo. It seems that they are already well acquainted with knocking one another over!

  1. I am sure that you will also soon become well aware of the effects of a very windy winter day for Argy and Bargy. I am the Head of Junior Campus at a small coeducational independent rural school in Australia and have great experience with the effects of winter on children. Windy days seem to whip children into a frenzy (somewhat of a natural high - that we as adults have to source from caffine and chocolate!). Still this isn't as bad as endless days of 'wet weather play' where little bodies are trapped indoors. I shouldn't complain as we need all the rain we can get.
    Good luck with the sewing!
