Its difficult to keep smiling when a [small child/cat/dinner guest] starts [talking politics/vomiting on the hall runner/putting their dinner bowl on their head].

Used to have dinner guests who threw up on my hall runner now it's just small child putting dinner bowl on head - you need to secure spot in comedy festival

One of my furry babies loves to vomit too! It's like he saves it specially for those days when the last thing you feel like doing is cleaning up cat sick. But bless him, at least he always chooses the polished floor ..... I'm grateful for small mercies, believe me ....
