Tutorial - Make a shower cap

Its time to unleash on an unsuspecting public, my shower cap tutorial. If you follow the link there is both an online and a downloadable PDF version. I've laboured over this a bit. Its a long time since I've had to write anything vaguely sensible.

If you make a shower cap, I'd love to see what you come up with. Suggestions for improvements to this tutorial are most welcome. Especially if my instructions produce a knitted tea cosy.

  1. I'm totally tempted to make one, just to hang in my shower, and look all pretty and stuff. Since I never actually USE one. But it would look all organized and domestic-goddesslike, right?? :p

  2. Excellent tutorial - very professionally presented!!(you have raised the bar on tutorials!)The instructons look really clear. I don't use a shower cap myself but this would be a great project for my daughter to make up in the school holidays (with a bit of help!).

  9. I need to add this to my to do list. I never use a shower cap at home but when staying at a hotel sometimes their showers are not adjustable and my hair gets wet when I don't want it too. TMI and thanks.
