This is the third day of Mike's lovely Share Your Fabric Stash.
This time, as they say, I'm doing it for the kids. Two small construction-and-emergency-vehicle obsessed ones, to be precise.
So here are the boy-oriented prints from the stash (click on the photo for more detail). There's a bit of Moda, Michael Miller and Cosmo, along with diggers from Spotlight and a fantastic farmyard remnant from Big W*. All pristine and uncut (yes, yes, I know .... the boys won't want to wear these when they are 18, so I'd better get cracking).
And here is a little of my counter-balance: the antidote to my pink deficiency. Again, more of the fabulous Japanese Cosmo, cute polka dots and another remnant - the sweetest little bunnies - from Big W*.
* If you're a local, some unabashed rummaging through the haberdashery section of your closest Big W, will frequently come up trumps. The (what I suspect are "faux") remnants are generally only 1 - 2 metres, but go for a song. If gingham is your thing, go and have a look.
