Six random things

Ice on the downpipes during winter in Quebec city

This has got my brain working. I have been tagged by the delightful Curlypops to write six random things about myself. Its taken a while, despite my head being almost entirely populated by random thoughts!

Here are the rules ...
1. Link to the person who “tagged” you.
2. Post the rules on your blog.
3. Write six random things about yourself.
4. Tag six people at the end of your post.
5. Let each person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
6. Let the tagger know your entry is up.

So here goes:
  1. I have trouble telling my left from the right. I have to call my hands fork and knife to remember which is which.
  2. My most unusual possession is an ostrich egg.
  3. My parents chose my name from The Sound of Music (no, its not Baron von Trapp)
  4. My dream holiday was in 2003. It was a week taking language and cookery lessons at a French chateau. Tres bien!
  5. I hope I never, ever, ever, ever have to give up either chocolate or coffee
  6. I once walked around the (outdoor) Carnaval du Quebec for three hours .... in -25oC. I didn't feel so good afterwards.

And who to tag now? There's nothing random about this part - extensive research is required to see who has and hasn't been tagged. I wonder if any of these lovely gals would like to play?

Sparkly Green Knickers
EllieBoo
August Street
The Princess and the Monkey
Ms Loves Rain
The Bird Bath

  10. OMG - me too on the L vs. R thing I have a writer's bump on my right middle finger, and so will always secretly 'feel' the bump with my index ... and no-one's the wiser !

Glad there's another weirdo to join me ;)
